Delivery Information
Dispatch Times:
- Orders placed before 15:30 (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 15:30 or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery Method:
- We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery for all UK orders.
- You can expect your order within 3–5 working days, although delivery may take longer during exceptionally busy periods.
Delivery Charges:
- FREE for orders of £10 or more.
- £2.99 for orders under £10.
Please Note:
Dispatch and delivery do not occur on weekends or bank holidays.
Orders placed before 15:30 (Monday-Friday) : We aim to dispatch the same day. For orders outside of these times, your order will be dispatched the next working day.
Estimated delivery time is within 24-48 hours as we use an express courier service. Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland can take 72 hours. There is no dispatch or deliveries at weekends or on bank holidays.
PLEASE NOTE:
We may provide your e-mail address to the nominated courier for tracking purposes and for them to notify you of an approximate delivery time. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days following dispatch please contact us by quoting your order number in all correspondence.
Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct, as we will not replace or re-send any order at our expense if incorrect details have been supplied by you.
