Delivery Information

Orders placed before 15:30 (Monday-Friday) : We aim to dispatch the same day. For orders outside of these times, your order will be dispatched the next working day.

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery for all UK deliveries. You can expect your order within 3-5 working days but this can be longer at exceptionally busy or particular times.

There is no dispatch or deliveries at weekends or on bank holidays.

Estimated delivery time is within 24-48 hours as we use an express courier service. Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland can take 72 hours. There is no dispatch or deliveries at weekends or on bank holidays.

If you buy Lost Mary or Elf Bar items and your total is £15 or more, you get UK delivery for free.
If you spend less than £15 on Lost Mary or Elf Bar items, you’ll need to pay £2.50 for delivery.
Adding a Jucce Product:

When you add any Jucce product to your basket along with a Lost Mary or Elf Bar item, you don’t have to worry about how much you spend. You get free delivery, no matter the total.
For Everything Else:

On all other items on our website, delivery is free and there’s no minimum amount you have to spend.
