VAPE JUCCE Instagram Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. This free prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
  2. Employees (or family members of employees) of the Promoter may not enter this Promotion.
  3. Entrants must tag ‘@vapejucce’ on their Instagram story to be eligible for entry.
  4. No purchase necessary to enter.
  5. Maximum of one entry 1 per person. Maximum 1 prize per person.
  6. Prizes will be 1 x £50 Amazon voucher and 2 x 10 pod pack bundles.
  7. The winners will be notified via Instagram, by 14th October 2022.
  8. Winners must respond to the prize notification message within 5 days. Failure to respond will result in the prize being forfeited by the winner. The Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner.
  9. The promoter will pay for packaging and postage of all prizes.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of the prize) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  11. Details of prize winners’ names and county will be available for one month after the close of this prize draw by writing to the prize draw at the address set out below and stating the name and date of the Promotion.
  12. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry.
  13. The Promoter excludes all responsibility and liability to the winner, with exception for liability it cannot exclude or limit by law.
  14. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified at the Prompters sole discretion.
  15. The Promoter will use each winner’s, and each entrant’s, personal details for the purpose of administering this Promotion, including prize fulfilment and announcing winners. Please see our Privacy Policy at vape-jucce.com.
  16. The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes without additional remuneration. The winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity and PR activity at the Promoter’s request.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
  18. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Delivery Time

Orders placed before 15:30 (Monday-Friday): We aim to dispatch on the same day. For orders outside of these days and time, your order will be dispatched the next working day.

Free Delivery Service: We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed Delivery for all UK deliveries. You can expect delivery of your order within 3-5 working days but this can be longer at exceptionally busy or particular times.

PREMIUM: An estimated delivery time is within 24-48 hours as we use an express courier service. Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland takes two working days.

Please note: For all orders types, there is no dispatch or deliveries at weekends or on bank holidays.
